A fully furnished spacious studio in Tai Po Tsai Village. It takes approximately 5 minutes to reach HKUST from the studio. The studio is just behind 7-11 (convenient location - reach in less than 1 minute). It comes with the following:

No commission is required. The rental period is for at least 6 months (starting from mid December), and can be extended to 1 year if required.
