A fully furnished spacious studio in Tai Po Tsai Village. It takes approximately 5 minutes to reach HKUST from the studio. The studio is just behind 7-11 (convenient location - reach in less than 1 minute). It comes with the following:
1) Kitchen (some kitchen wares will be provided);
2) Microwave;
3) Full-size Refrigerator;
4) A queen size bed (with pillow, bolster and winter blanket);
5) Air-conditioner;
6) Wardrobe;
7) Dehumidifier;
8) Private bathroom (with your own personal water heater) and toilet (spacious);
9) Book rack, shoe rack, table, chair, table lamp (in the living room);
10) Washing Machine (Shared);
11) Spacious balcony;
12) High security (A two main door system to the studio)
No commission is required. The rental period is for at least 6 months (starting from mid December), and can be extended to 1 year if required.
The landlord prefers single occupant.
