2, The room will come furnished, you can have all the furniture shown on the picture. You will have your private bathroom You can use the furnished kitchen if you like. Have connection to the Internet. Utilities will be shared among flatmates

3, Quiet location: the room faces the garden on the podium, far away from any highway or roads!

4, Can have access to the clubhouse if you are willing to pay HKD 50 for the membership processing fee (charged by the property, not me)

I live with two females and I will leave Hong Kong for six months. So I am looking for a female renter who will need housing for the period. But short lease term also welcome. Your flatmates are easy-going and are usually at work during the day. We have a pekingese living there, but dont worry, she is cute and nice and will not disturb people.
