因为exchange在外，所以下学期回来得重新租房
从2月1号求租，截止日期最早到6月，或者更晚。

Hi everyone, I am a university student myself and am now renting out my room in Tseung Kwan O. Available from 1 Jan, move-in date negotiate. Minimum one month, maximum six months. My email: sandra.panda@live.hk
Here are the features of my room
1, Convenient location: just next to the Tseung Kwan O MTR station! And there is a bus stop at the estate, so you can take 792M to reach UST and many other bus lines
2, Excellent shopping centres and facilities Many shopping malls within 5 minutes' walk, e.g. Popcorn and TKO Plaza and TKO Centre Mall. Supermarkets include Marktet Plaza, Vanguard and Jusco. Perfect for sports lovers, proximate to the bicycle trail and the sea park.
2, The room will come furnished, you can have all the furniture shown on the picture. You will have your private bathroom You can use the furnished kitchen if you like. Have connection to the Internet. Utilities will be shared among flatmates
3, Quiet location: the room faces the garden on the podium, far away from any highway or roads!
4, Can have access to the clubhouse if you are willing to pay HKD 50 for the membership processing fee (charged by the property, not me)
I live with two females and I will leave Hong Kong for six months. So I am looking for a female renter who will need housing for the period. But short lease term also welcome. Your flatmates are easy-going and are usually at work during the day. We have a pekingese living there, but dont worry, she is cute and nice and will not disturb people. Require one month rent as deposit, will refund to you when lease expires when there is no damage done to the property.
