Responsibilities：
 Involve on-job training program on different aspects including sales and marketing skills, such as performing consultative needs analysis to potential clients, communication skills, leadership and coaching skills.
 Provide professional financial planning services to individual and corporate clients including wealth management and risk management.
 Develop new market and explore new business with quality profile
 Focus on PRC market

Requirements：
 Degree holder, finance-related subject preferred (fresh graduates are welcome)
 Good communication skills with analytical mind
 A self-confident, outgoing energetic team player
 Previous working experience is an advantage
 With IFA background maybe considered as Senior Financial Consultant
