Responsibilities：
Involve on-job training program on different aspects including sales and marketing skills, such as performing consultative needs analysis to potential clients, communication skills, leadership and coaching skills.
Provide professional financial planning services to individual and corporate clients including wealth management and risk management.
Develop new market and explore new business with quality profile
Focus on PRC market
