We are looking for a roommate to live in the living room in a large 3 bedroom house in upper TPT. The rent you will pay is 3750 HKD.
We are currently 3 RPG students looking for a 4th person to share our house. We are looking for a room mate who is clean, quiet and looks after himself in a tidy manner. All 3 of us also appreciate a clean and quiet living environment. So, someone who has similar tastes will be welcome.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, a balcony and all the necessary household amenities like stove, microwave, fridge and a washing machine.
The living room is big. We expect the room mate to take up a reasonable area (around 100 square feet) that can accommodate a bed, a table and a clothes cabinet. The rest of the living room will be a common area that all of us will share.
We all will share the cost of utilities equally.
The period of stay should be from July 2018 to early July of next year. [the exact details can be discussed later if you are interested].
