1.R&D Signal Processing
Responsibilities
1. Develop bone conduction hearing aids by exploring and optimizing speech signal processing algorithms, i.e. Noise Suppression, Acoustic Feedback Cancellation and Dynamic Gain;
2. Improve sound quality of vibration speaker through Automatic Gain Control, Virtual Surround and Low Frequency Band Extension;
3. Develop new bone conduction blind navigation devices by applying bone conduction speakers to existing blind navigation systems.
Qualifications
1. Master+ degree in mathematics, physics, electronic engineering, microelectronics, automation, control engineering, acoustics, biomedical engineering, Ph.D. preferred;
2. Intelligent, dedicated and interested in exploring the essence of things and pursuing technical excellence;
3. Open to challenge and quickly to learn the latest technological developments;
4. Keen on research, and eager to apply research output, from which enjoyment, achievement, as well as self-confidence is derived;
5. Previous experience in competing inmathematical modeling contests, electronic design contests, robot contests, ‘The Challenge Cup’, or UAV challenges would be an advantage;
6. Relevant experience, either in industry or university/institutional R&D, would be an advantage.
2.R&D Mechantronic Design
Responsibilities
1. Apply mechanics principles to model human actions;
2. Design and optimize movement ancillary facilities and control systems.
Qualifications
1. Master+ degree in mechanics, instrumentation, electronic engineering, microelectronics, automation, control engineering, biomedical engineering, Ph.D. preferred;
2. Intelligent, dedicated, interested in exploring the essence of things and pursuing technical excellence;
3. Open to challenge and quickly to learn the latest technological developments;
4. Keen on research, and eager to apply research output, from which enjoyment, achievement, as well as self-confidence is derived;
5. Previous experience in competing inmechanical design competition, electronic design contest, robot contests, ‘The Challenge Cup’, or UAV challenges would be an advantage;
6. Relevant experience, either in industry or university/institutional R&D, would be an advantage.
3. R&D Acoustic Device
Responsibilities
1. Optimize existing bone conduction speakers to improve user experience, using electromechanical models for complex vibration systems;
2. Develop new generations of speaker devices as technic reservation for new product lines;
3. Conduct research in human-machine coupling of bone conduction vibration speakers to provide theoretical and data support to optimize bone conduction speaker design.
