Assistant Customer Service Officer



Job Responsibilities:

-Build up and maintain customer relationships

-Handle daily communication with customers and coordinate with operatives to fulfill customer requirements

-Introduce our businesses to customers and assistant customers to complete transactions

-Provide telephone customer services and online customer services,

-Answer questions and fulfill requirements from customers

職位描述:

--建立及維護良好的客戶關係

--負責與客戶的日常溝通,與操作員合作,以滿足客戶需求

--向客戶介紹業務,幫助客戶完成各項交易

--提供電話及在線客服

--解答客戶疑問，滿足客戶要求

Job Requirements:

-Degree in BBA related disciplines (final year students are also welcome to apply)

-Organized and detail-oriented

-Independent, dynamic and with strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Excellent telephone manner

-Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-Good typing skill and PC Knowledge in MS Word and Excel

-Candidates who passed Paper 1, Paper 7, and Paper 8 of HKSI are preferred

職位要求

--具有商業管理或相關專業的學士學位（應屆畢業生亦會考慮）

--處事有條理，關注細節

--獨立、有熱情，有較強的人際溝通能力

--注重電話禮儀

--流利英文、廣東話及普通話

--熟識Word、Excel等辦公軟件

--通過HKSI Paper1、7、8考試者優先
