房间里有床、书桌、衣柜、空调等家具，可拎包入住，有一个大飘窗可以晾衣服。

公共部分有一个厨房和两个卫生间，及洗衣机、冰箱、微波炉等设施。
包网，水电煤与室友均摊。

合约是与港漂家平台签，限学生入住。我因为个人原因离开，租的话依然是与平台签订合约。
11月7日起可租，目前合约到8月，可以再与平台协商。
平台提供工作日客服、维修服务、及每星期一次的打扫公共区域。

房间原本租金6300HKD，现在以5000HKD转租，平台要求一次性付完租金。
