Prof. Jingshen Wu's group of Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering now has an RA position. The candidate should have solid background in materials science with interests in electronic packaging, material characterization, failure analysis, and conducting experiments. Candidates should be patient and carefulness.

Preferably with degree in material science and engineering (metal/ceramic/polymer), material chemistry, material processing or related areas. Payment and doctor application will be provided based on the background, experience and performance.
