   Dear successful applicants,
  Thank you for your confirmation on the admission offer of the MSc program
 in Civil Infrastructural Engineering and Management offered by
 The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
  As one of the offer acceptance procedures, kindly settle the followings
 before April 6, 2011:
  - Balance of the first installment of program fee of HK$35,260
 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
  - Caution money of HK561
 (subject to review for 2011 Fall intake)
  - Visa application and mailing fee of HK$400
   For payment method, fee details, and mailing address, please refer to New
 student's web page athttp://www.sengpp.ust.hk/~msc/offer/ again.
  Please note your payment is to confirm that you would definitely start the
 program accordingly. Since there are applicants on the waiting list and
 there is quota for each program, it is very important to confirm the offer
 and settle all required fee on time. If for whatever reason, you would
 change your study plan, please inform us immediately.
  Besides, if you are required to submit an official copy of an English
 proficiency proof (TOEFL or IELTS), we would encourage you to contact
 ETS/IELTS office right away, since it usually takes some time for the
 office to process the delivery.
  Same as student visa, if you are required to apply for student visa in
 order to study in Hong Kong, please send in your application material as
 early as you can.
  Regarding housing and language development course information, we shall
 send them to you hopefully in April 2011.

麻烦您看看邮件，是不是真的。请问提前交学费都要这么早吗？你知道提前交学费具体是什么时间吗？不是开学之前吗？因为涉及到钱的数目不小，我有些担心，谢谢了。
