Services and Facilities

Welcome to The Lodge - YWCA. This is a 5-storey building with 99 apartment units, each furnished with internet access, individual air-conditioning, color TV set, safety box, fridge, telephone, kettle and private shower room. Please refer to the details below :

(1) Cleaning Services
Disposal of rubbish is done once a day; cleaning of the room together with the change of linen is done once a week.

(2) Internet Access
Each room is installed with internet access at no cost. Please refer to the User Guide.

(3) Guest Supplies
Each room is supplied with bed sheet, blanket, blanket cover, pillow, pillow case and kettle. Residents have to prepare towels and other personal amenities for themselves.

(4) Items on Loan
Hair dryer, iron and board can be borrowed at Reception.

(5) Local Calls
All local calls are free of charge.

(6) International Direct Dial Service
Each room is equipped with IDD service. Residents have to pay the handling charge ( the duration charge plus 20% additional administrative charge ).

(7) Laundry Service
Self-operated launderette are available on the 3rd Floor & 5th Floor. Tokens operating the washing / dry machine can be purchased at Reception.
