Responsible Officer-Type 2

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Designated as the Company’s Responsible Officer to supervise the regulated activities -Type 2 as defined under Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO).                          
Supervise and manage the daily brokerage operations, including new account process and customer services.
Participate in marketing and products development.
Develop and train employees; conduct timely performance reviews and quality feedbacks.
Assist in generating and reporting office performance metrics on a regular basis.
Provide assistance in communicating with SFC and other pertinent regulators.
Perform other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Current holder of SFC RO license 2 required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
3+ years management experience in the financial industry.
Excellent network and knowledge in local and Mainland investment markets
Strong leadership, proactive and positive attitude with excellent inter-personal skills
Fluency in both written & spoken English , Cantonese and Mandarin.
