Project Intern(ASTRI) (Material Chemistry)

Duties:
Participate in R&D activities for electroplating material development
Perform the electrochemical experiments for material characterization
Perform electrochemical deposition experiments of 3D-IC products
Support data analysis on instrumental results

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical/Material Engineering or related disciplines
Experience in electrochemical experiments is a plus.
