Description:

1. Elite Young Development Program of Schneider Electric Global Supply Chain Asia Pacific is a young talents development program.

2. It targets to fresh graduates and young professionals with less than 3 year’s working experience.

3. The Elite Young Program will develop and prepare young talents, and provide participants with progressive rotations in functional areas such as manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, supply chain, etc. in Asia Pacific countries.

4. The program’s duration is 2+1 years and is broken down into 3 phases:

- Phase 1: Project/Assignment in 1st department in China (12 months)

- Phase 2: Project/Assignment in 2nd department in China (12 months)

- Phase 3: Overseas project/assignment in Asia Pacific region for selected candidates (12 months)

5. Provide participants with blended training, project management, and mentoring, etc.

6. Individual efforts and contributions are critical to the program success.



Qualification:

1. Master’s Degree.

2. Fluent in English.

3. Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics related majors (for Operations related positions).

4. Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management related majors (for Finance position)

5. Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology related majors (for Human Resource position)
