1. Receptionist
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
At least 1-2 years' of relevant working experience
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Basic English
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing
Excellent telephone manner and positive work attitude
Responsibilities:
Data input, filing and record maintenance
Performing general reception duties including handing telephone calls and taking messages
Monitoring and updating staff leave record and staff attendance
Controlling company Inventory

2. Senior Graphic & Web Designer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire Website and Mobile Application interface development process
Handle Advertising, Websites and Mobile Applications related design projects from conception to product completion
Extract creative idea and execute from beginning to final delivery
Designing quality material for online marketing
Customizing and maintaining existing website
Producing UX and GUI conception
Professional attitude and attention to detail across multiple jobs.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Web Design or related disciplines
At least 3 years relevant working experience in digital and graphic design
Experience in Web/Mobile Application development
Good conceptual thinking and well understanding of Web layout and Mobile Application user interface
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite e.g. Photoshop, illustrator etc.
Experience with UX, HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript is essin.
Good understanding in forthcoming fashion trends & art sense
Mature and able to handle projects independently. Well organizational skills with an ability to ulti-task
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and complete task at a timely manner
Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
Less experience will be considered as Graphic & Web Designer
3. Marketing officer (CRM)
Responsibilities:
Assisting in initiate & executive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer engagement programs based on customer and brand’s historic data
Providing support in developing and implementing marketing plans and related initiatives, including member events and activities
Supporting to build up the database of CRM analysis, managing and manipulating the database to generate reports and analyzing results for all CRM initiatives
Assisting in responding and resolving all customer inquiries
Providing general marketing operational support
Take care of other assigned marketing tasks as required
Requirements:
Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in CRM, E-Commerce or Website, preferably in digital marketing, E-Commerce, banking or financial industry Knowledge in Digital Marketing, CRM, and Loyalty program
Hands-on marketing campaign skills and experience knowledge and experience in communicating with IT and designers with strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent PC skills (MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
Strong analytical skills, Passionate, creative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Multi-tasking, hard-working, independent with good initiatives
Good command of spoken in Mandarin and excellent Chinese writing skill
4. Marketing Officer (Website management)
Responsibilities:
Assist webmaster in maintaining, monitoring and optimizing Corporate website
Improve website usability by enhancing user friendliness of website
Provide support in developing and implementing marketing plans and related initiatives, including member events and activities
Provide general marketing operational support
Take care of other assigned marketing tasks as enquired
Requirements:
Degree holder in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related disciplines
1+ years of website management (webmaster) with good levels of exposure in digital marketing, banking or financial industry
Knowledge and experience in Website management and analytics
Familiar with HTML, SEO and SMO is an advantage
knowledge in various digital marketing platforms
knowledge and experience in communicating with IT and designers with strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills, Detail-minded, willing to learn
Proficient in computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Office MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Creative, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Multi-tasking, hard-working, independent with good initiatives
Good command of spoken in Mandarin and excellent Chinese writing skill
5. 核數專員

6. IT Support Technician/Specialist
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
Provide regular testing of IT equipment
Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
Perform maintenance and configuration of Network equipment.
Perform management of hardware and software inventory
Perform system administration
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above.
Prefer to have 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support
Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently.
Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP/MCSE is an advantage
Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
Immediate available is highly preferred
24 hours shift duty is required
