Executive Assistant

Job Duties:

1. Provide comprehensive secretarial and admin support to the manager
2. Coordinate various campaigns and managing incoming & outgoing communications
3. Handle other ad-hod projects assigned by manager

Requirements:

1. Degree or above
2. Relevant work experience preferred
3. Proficient in MS Office
4. Proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (Both Written and Spoken)
5. Good communication skills and a can-do attitude
6. Immediate availability preferred



Finance Assistant

Job Duties:

1. Provide value-added financial support to the company and handle strategic corporate finance activities for the company
2. Support the manager in the full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the company and its subsidiaries
3. Handle month-end closing, assist to prepare consolidated financial reports and financial analysis
4. Perform assigned ad-hoc reports


Requirements:

1.Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
2. Relevant work experience preferred
3. Proficient in MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel
4. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
5.Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
5. Immediate availability preferred
