We are moving out in mid-late September, 2014, and are looking for someone to transfer our contract to, which ends March 10, 2015. The monthly rent is $13,000 for the entire flat, exclusive of internet and utilities.

The flat has two bedrooms, one living room/dining room, one bathroom with bathtub/shower, and one kitchen, total 实用面积466尺. It is located on the 5th floor, with access to an outside service balcony, and windows face southwest.

We are planning to sell as much furniture as possible, but we can negotiate if you would like to keep any of it, too.

Our landlord has agreed to transfer our contract to a new tenant, which means that you would be the primary tenant, with no 中介费。
