Responsibilities
As part of the core account management team, handle the following client management tasks:

Assist handling daily enquiries from clients and the Institutional Sales team
Client account management - onboarding and daily administration
Work with Institutional relationship management leaders to monitor performance of existing partners
Work on ad hoc projects and administrative duties

Skills Required
Fluent in Mandarin is must
Good command of written and spoken English
Basic understanding of the Forex & other OTC markets and relevant regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication and client management skills
Organised, responsible, innovative and a team player
