地点
大埔仔下村2/F楼，高质量女生单间。距学校10min路程，距最近的便利店2min路程。不临街，晚上安静。适合爱干净对住房质量要求高的学生或访问学者。
 
房间情况
此房为两室一厅套房，包括洗手间，厨房，阳台，天台以及门外走廊。洗手间厨房阳台公用。两间卧室一样大，这次短租其中一件卧室。客厅住一女生，但隔断极好，平时不需经过也不互相打扰。另有一个6平米左右的走廊作为公共空间。家里经常保持干净干燥，阳光通风都极好。室友是两位女生，其中一位是会说普通话和粤语的内地学生，另一位是英文很好的韩国女生。
冰箱，微波炉，电磁炉，空调、洗衣机，真空吸尘器、抽湿机全齐。
出租单间内，实体墙隔音，单间六平方米左右（2.7*2.2），一般家具俱全，拎包入住，无需担心。
 
价格
租金原为6,000 hkd 一月包水电费。
若租满从6.7至7.31日，则10,000 hkd, 打包出租包水、电、网费。
其他情况则具体商议。同样条件下，这个价格已是最为便宜。

* Appliances: microwave, electronic stove, AC, washing machine and others
 
* Personal furniture: desk, chair, double bed
 
* Girls only! Prefer chilled, outgoing and clean lady 
 
* We are one Korean and one from mainland :-)
 
* It will be nice if you are working or studying in HKUST or anywhere near the school
