Image and Visual Computing Lab (IVC), Lenovo Research & Technology (R&T) has
immediate openings for Computer Vision Researcher/Staff Researcher. IVC is a
newly established lab at Lenovo Group, located in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and
focuses on innovative research and technology development in the areas of
Image Processing, Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, and Machine Learning. We
invite intelligent and passionate researchers around the world to join our vibrant
team and drive high-impact projects that help shape the future of Lenovo.

Responsibility:
1. Conduct cutting-edge research and transfer advanced technology into
Lenovo¡¦s future products and services;
2. Analyze the latest industrial trends and cultivate innovative and strategic
research themes in the aforementioned fields;
3. Work collaboratively on algorithm and software development projects
reaching final customers;
4. Write patent applications and publish papers at top academic and industrial
conferences

Qualifications:
1. Postgraduate degrees, Ph.D. or M.Phil., in Computer Science, Electrical
Engineering, or related majors;
2. 3+ years dedicated research experiences in the visual computing related
fields with proven record;
3. Experience in stereo imaging, 3D vision, human-computer interaction, image
based rendering, etc. is a strong plus;
4. Solid theoretical foundation and in-depth analytical thinking ability;
5. Top-notch development skills and high proficiency in one or more
programming languages: e.g., C/C++, Matlab, Python, Java; industrial project
experience is definitely a plus;
6. Strong commitment to project goals with can-do attitude and high performance
execution;

7. Excellent communication and problem solving skills
