Job Responsibilities:

-Plan and develop integrated customer experience strategies to align with the company objective

-Represent the image of our company to provide customer services

-Build up and maintain customer relationships and deliver greetings in special days

-Handle daily communication with customers, coordinate with operatives to fulfill customer requirements, and deliver documents

-Introduce our businesses to customers and assistant customers to complete transactions

-Provide telephone customer services and online customer services, answering the requirements from customers

-Deploy best practices across all customer services aspects to meet or exceed customer satisfaction level

Job Requirements:

-Degree in BBA related disciplines (final year students are also welcome to apply)

-Exceptional administrative skills, organized and detail-oriented

-Independent, dynamic and with strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-Excellent telephone manner

-Good typing skill and PC Knowledge in MS Word and Excel

-Candidates who passed Paper 1, Paper 7, and Paper 8 of HKSI are preferred
