All the amenities are provided ( washing machines, multifunctional induction heating plates, drying racks, to name a few).
I'll be leaving my room on 22nd October and need to find someone who can take over my lease period. I have already paid the security deposit fees, so there is no need to pay agency/deposit (HKD 6000) fees.

Lease period: 22nd October 2019- 15th August 2020.
