行政及推廣助理

主要職責：
處理一般行政工作，包括文件處理、掃瞄、打印等；
負責把編寫好的文章，發佈或投稿推廣到各個網路平台；
負責網路各平台的維護及監控，包括百度貼吧、百科、博客、新聞、問答平台等等；
監控相應媒體網站公司動態，及登記記錄工作；
及完成上級下派的其他工作任務等；

要求：
中學畢業或以上學歷；
良好粵語;；一般普通話；良好英語優先；
懂MS Word; 懂MS PowerPoint; 懂MS Excel;；
刻苦耐勞，能獨立處事和應付工作壓力；
公司需要穩定沉著不煩躁長時間固定工作者

Receptionist
Requirements:

Form 5 or above
At least 1-2 years' of relevant working experience
Fluent in mandarin
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Chinese word processing
Excellent telephone manner and positive work attitude

Responsibilities:

Data input, filing and record maintenance
Perform general reception duties including handing telephone calls and taking messages
Perform outdoor duties
Inventory control

IT Support Technician/Specialist 24H
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
Provide regular testing of IT equipment
Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
Perform maintenance and configuration of Network equipment.
Perform management of hardware and software inventory
Perform system administration

Requirements:

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above.
Prefer to have 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support
Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently.
Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP/MCSE is an advantage
Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
Immediate available is highly preferred
24 hours shift duty is required
