Hero Fair Limited (www.herofair.com) is a strong semiconductor assembly equipment manufacturer and distributor located in Hong Kong and South China. Due to rapid expansion, we need the following personnel to beef up our Hong Kong and China Plants operations:

Customer Service Engineer
• Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Software Engineering or relevant disciplines
• 2 or more years experience in semiconductor equipment or factory automation is preferred. Fresh-graduates is considered also.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently
• Occasional travel to Southeast Asia and Mainland China (Shen Zhen) required
• Responsible for performing field installation, customer training, machine performance analysis and solving problems in relation to Die / Wire Bonding and related automatic equipment.
