2013年第四届公益江苏行考察联谊活动开始报名，四月截止。
海外留学人员江苏行考察联谊活动(“引凤工程”）由江苏省政府资助支持，致公党江苏省委主办，美国安生文教交流基金会协办。“引凤工程”从2010年开始，每年举办一届，是以海外博士以上高层次华裔人才为对象，以服务海外留学人员回国发展选择理想岗位为宗旨，邀请组织赴江苏参观考察及与用人单位开展对接交流的公益活动。
为配合江苏省政府"万名海外高层次人才引进"计划，中国致公党江苏省委拟于2013年6月举办第四届海外留学人员江苏行考察联谊活动，邀请、组织50位美国、英国、德国、法国、日本、澳、加拿大等地海外博士以上华裔高级人才，赴江苏考察创就业环境、与用人单位直接洽谈交流。致公党江苏省委负责受邀请人员在江苏考察联谊期间的食宿行等费用。

stress management program for Mainland college students（请参考本帖附件）

Dear CSSA@HKUST:

I am Dr. Pan Jiayan, a research assistant professor at the Department of Social Work in Hong Kong Baptist University. I am currently carrying out a research project entitled “A cognitive behavioral stress management program for Mainland college students in Hong Kong”. The aim of this project is to help Mainland students cope with their stress during their study in Hong Kong and improve their emotional well-being. The program will be run by experienced cognitive behavioral therapists. I am writing to seek your help for student recruitment. It would be appreciated if you could help me promote this project among Mainland students in your university via the CSSA network. Please find the poster for this project in the attachment. If you need some hardcopies of the poster and leaflets for distribution, I will ask a student helper to send them to you.
