Opening: project intern
Job duties are:
· To support mathematical models development for engineering simulation applications in 3D-IC fabrication and packaging;
· To implement mathematical models with advanced numerical methods in C/C++ languages;
· To perform functional & software module testing, and document software functionality;
· To optimize algorithms and improve source code performance.
The requirements include:
· Bachelor or above in computational mechanics/applied mathematics, electronics engineering, or related disciplines;
· Good knowledge in C/C++ programming and advanced mathematical methods in science and engineering is a must;
· Experience in algorithm development and implementation for partial differential equations is preferred;
· Strong team work spirit and good communication skills in English & Mandarin.
