Antaeus Chemicals HK, a fast-growing chemical manufacturing and trading company, is looking for a full-time operations assistant (part-time is also welcome). We are a fast-growing company and are looking for somebody who can work well in a relaxed, informal environment -- with plenty of room for growth, development, and new ideas! We also offer flexible hours & ample vacation time.
We're looking for somebody who meets the following criteria...
- Proficient in English
- Has excellent written and verbal skills
- Is fully computer literate
- Able to lift and hold boxes of over 30kg
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Manufacturing/sales experience highly desirable -- prior experience in a trading company will be given high consideration
- Degree in organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical or industrial engineering preferred
- Preferably with some operations experience in medicinal chemistry
- 1-3 years previous work experience in sales, pharm/chem manufacturing, biochem, medical, engineering, nutrition, or a related field preferred
- For full-time, Hong Kong permanent residents only, please!
Responsibilities include:
- Shipping/receiving chemical products
- Preparing documentation, paperwork for transit, legal/regulatory documents, etc.
- Equipment sourcing and purchasing
- Chemical sourcing and purchasing
- General office support
- Other duties as required
