Dear all,
On behalf of my research group, there is a girl from spain will be visiting to Hong Kong after December, 2011. She wants to find a short term accomodation for a period between 15 days to 1 month and prefers to share the place with girls (as the first priority). Since she has not booked the flight ticket yet, the exact time will completely depend on the accomodation available. The location should be close to university or TKO. Price can be negotiable but a contract is a must, to ensure the room before she gets here.
I can pre-pay the contract or the costs for her.
