Landlord is very considerate!
5 tenants living in the house. All utilities shared. WiFi included in the rent. Fully furnished room. No agency fees required. All the housemates are really friendly final year or PhD students (Mainland Chinese, Korean, Indonesian) and are tidy by nature. All the amenities are provided ( washing machines, multifunctional induction heating plates, drying racks, to name a few).
I'll be leaving my room on 22nd October and need to find someone who can take over my lease period. I have already paid the security deposit fees, so there is no need to pay agency/deposit (HKD 6000) fees.
Lease period: 22nd October 2019- 15th August 2020.
