我性格安安静静不打扰别人，希望室友也是同属性。
期望能够租一个单人间，从七八月开始长租，预算租金上限为5500左右。
首选地点为坑口附近，其他位置也能接受，只要上学方便。

Flat Unit in Ho chung only by 5000 HKD, No agent fee
A flat unit is available in Ho Chung from 1st June/july, 2018. The flat contains one bedroom, living space, and comparatively large washroom.
Good for a single/couple even with a kid.
5 mins by bus from hkust.
Contact will finish: 1st July 2019 and then you may contact further.
Rent: 5000 hkd (Seems cheaper, because of no agent involvement, direct contact with the landlord. Last several years, rent was not increased.
No agent fee.
