大浦仔下村双人间出租。从今年11月底起available。离学校10分钟步行。单间所在套房两室一厅，单间300平方尺，采光好，很安静，周围环境安全，有阳台。另一个单间住的是科大女博士生，性格人品非常好！！
房间内有空调，洗衣机，床，衣柜，书桌，凳子 etc， 附近有巴士站，便利店。这是一个非常非常好的宿舍！！
单间的价格是5500 HKD/月。如果你决定要住这个单间，要签合同，并交11000 HKD订金（退房时会还），合同期限是今年10月到明年8月，所以是长租。
附件是单间的照片，这确实是一个非常漂亮的宿舍！！当初找了很久才找到在学校附近这么好的宿舍的！

There is a room in a apartment at Tai Po Tsai Village available from October 10. The room is about 300 square feet large. It has a balcony, so there is enough sunlight. The environment is quite, and safe. The apartment has two rooms. A girl PhD of HKUST is living in another room. She is very very nice!
The room has an air-conditioner, a washing machine, a bed, a desk, a wardrobe. There are bus stop and a 7-11 store near the apartment. It is a very great apartment!
The rent of the room is 5500 HKD/ month. If you want to rent the room, you need to pay for a deposit of 11000 HKD for rent (it will return to you when you leave), and you have to sign a contract. The contract is from October this year to August next year, so it is a long lease.
The attachment is a picture of the room. It is a very nice room indeed! We spent a lot time to find such a room near the campus！
