地点：窝美村，三房两厅公寓，全新装修，室内环境宽阔，家电齐全。窝美村离科技大学一站巴士，792M大巴，101M小巴，以及12小巴均可往返学校。
Location: Womei vellage. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a combined living and dinning room (700 Sqft). Spacious apartment, fully furnished with home electronics. Womei is only one bus stop away from HKUST. Reachable by bus 792M, mini bus 101M and mini bus 12.
房间状况：房间面积约2.2 x 2.1平方米。原房主买了一张Ikea书桌，一个简易衣柜，窗帘，一张单人折叠沙发床，以及一张薄单人床垫，可提供下一任租客使用。公寓有客厅，厨房，卫生间，与另外两位室友公用。两位室友（一男一女）都是科大的国际学生，生活习惯良好并且注意卫生清洁。
Room condition: room size is 2.2 x 2.1 sq meter . The current user has bought an Ikea desk, a portable wardrobe, curtains, a foldable sofa cum bed, and a single size thin mattress. All can be used by the new leaser. The apartment has common liviing room, kitchen, and a bathroom. Flatmates are international students at HKUST with good living habits and hygiene.
租金：月租$3800， 加$100网络费 和 其他水电煤气费 （与另外两位室友平摊）。房东住在楼下单位，是一个很nice的香港阿姨，房东希望租客不要太吵就可以了。
Cost (per month): rent - $3800, internet - $100, and other utilities shared with 2 flatmates. Landlord is a nice Hong Kong family who would like the occupant not to be too noisy.
