Falcon Partners, a global investment management firm with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and New York is looking to hire a FULL TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT to be based in Hong Kong.
Opportunity to gain exposure to different departments of the firm. Work with a diverse team of global colleagues with prior work experience at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, UBS, Deutsche Bank and more.
Responsibilities:
General office work including data entry, filing, organizing paperwork and arranging courier services;
Assist with organizing company events, making travel, restaurant and other reservations;
Prepare letters, memos and other reports;
Maintaining company's social media such as LinkedIn, jobsDB;
Performing internet news searches;
Requirements:
University graduate;
Good attitude and verbal/written communication skills;
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese;
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint);
