[招聘]中资 Junior Finance Manager - leo.li - 08-10-2016
We are seeking high caliber professionals to join the team as Junior Finance Manager. The vacancy comes at a time where our company is undergoing rapid expansion and growth. Thus, the position offers a great career for motivated candidates who are ready to take charge and unleash their full potential. The key business scope for the company is commodity trading, project financing and debt issuance.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist management in sourcing and maintaining of new and existing banking facilities.
• Coordinate with financial institutions to prepare credit proposals, memorandum, due diligence
packages and other materials as requested.
• Perform industry research and financial analysis including financial modeling and valuation
• Prepare investment memo, presentation and investment reports in a timely manner
• Supervise company trade flows and handle trading documentations.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications
• University Degree or above preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Previous experience in banking/commodity/trading will be an asset
• Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable in frequent travels between China and Hong Kong
• Immediate availability preferred
