I am a PhD student in HKUST and I have a summer internship so I rent out my own place for any time within May to Aug. the room is quite new and in 2/F TAI PO TSAI VILLAGE, two beds are separated by a curtain. the room has its own washroom, restroom, wardrobe and a balcony. I pay it for 3500 per month and you only need to pay me 2500 per month since I just rent it out for short time.
