Client Relationship Officer
Job Description:
You will be trained to provide the follow servicesto our clients
Handle enquiriesin efficient and professional manner
Provide andprocess information in response to clients' request
Process clients' account applications and documents
Update, maintain and report client database and filing system
Professionally be the voice and first point ofcontact representing our prestigious firm
The Position Provides the Following:
Salary Negotiable
Full Time, Permanent

Five-day work week

Who We Are Looking for:
1. Higher Diploma Holder in any discipline, preferably in businessfield 1 year or above customer service experience
2. Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
3. Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner areessential
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Exceland Chinese Word Processing
5. Fresh graduates will also beconsidered
6. Immediate available is preferred
