Don't know the actual cause of your headache. Over-drinking? Cold? or ?
Is it just temperary or chronic?
But i think you may try some light music first.
BTW, use some ice on your head

rediculous.......go and see a doctor, if you are really sick. Or, you are just 无理取闹
