1.Mechanical Engineer (Robotics) [Ref: R2014-001]
a. Responsibilities:
- Development of the mechanical part of robotic systems and the related devices
b. Requirements:
-Master’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines
-Experience in mechanical development of robotic systems such as moving platform and manipulator
-Experience in modeling, simulation and analysis of mechanical system
-Familiar with different kind of materials’ proprieties and fabrication process
-Strong understanding of existing technology and trends
-Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and execute on a research project effectively
-Demonstrated potentials for making world-class research impact and moving innovative technology into products
2.Electronic Engineer (Robotics) [Ref: R2014-002]
a. Responsibilities:
-Development of the electronic part and electronic systems of the robotic systems
b. Requirements:
-Master’s Degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering or relevant disciplines
-Experience in different type of actuators, motor drivers, sensing systems, renewable energy harvesting devices, or wireless communication
-Familiar with different kind of power and communication circuitries
-Experience in PCB design
-Strong understanding of existing technology and trends
-Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and execute on a research project effectively
-Demonstrated potentials for making world-class research impact and moving innovative technology into products
3.Computer Vision Engineer (Robotics) [Ref: R2014-003]
a. Responsibilities:
-Development of the real-time computer vision algorithms and applied on robotic systems
b. Requirements:
-Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines
-Experience in 2D and 3D image processing, real-time face/hand pose tracking, human body motion extraction, object tracking, 3D vision, visual navigation or image stabilization
-Familiar with C/C++ programming and MATLAB
-Strong understanding of existing technology and trends
-Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and execute on a research project effectively
-Demonstrated potentials for making world-class research impact and moving innovative technology into products
4.Control Engineer (Robotics) [Ref: R2014-004]
a. Responsibilities:
-Development of real-time control algorithms and applied on robotic systems
b. Requirements:
-Master’s Degree or higher in Automation Engineering, Robotic Engineering or relevant disciplines
-Experience in kinematics and dynamics modeling and simulation
-Experience in data fusion, optimization, path planning, motion control, navigation or teleoperation
-Familiar with C/C++ programming and MATLAB
-Strong understanding of existing technology and trends
-Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and execute on a research project effectively
-Demonstrated potentials for making world-class research impact and moving innovative technology into products
5.Embedded System Engineer [Ref: R2014-005]
a. Responsibilities:
-Development of communication and control systems and applied on robotic systems
b. Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering or relevant disciplines
-Experience in ARM, DSP, FPGA programming, embedded OS, real-time operating system (RTOS), Linux/Unix
-Experience in driver, network application, media stream and GUI programming in embedded ARM Linux environment
-Familiar with the internet and multimedia streaming protocol
-Working experience related to robotic systems or electric vehicle is preferred
-Strong understanding of existing technology and trends
6.Web Developer [Ref: R2014-006]
a. Responsibilities:
-Development of internet-based communication and control system
b. Requirements:
-Degree or higher in Information Engineering, Internet Engineering or relevant disciplines
-Experience in network architecture and infrastructure, web server and client programming
-Experience in PHP, Ruby on Rails, Python, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript
-Familiar with VoIP, SIP/SIMPLE, XMPP/JINGLE, WebRTC
-Familiar with Linux and Windows operating system
-Working experience related to video conferencing, instant messaging and robotic systems is preferred
-Strong understanding of existing technology and trends
