Job position 1: Assistant Strategic Manager (1 vacancy)
Responsibilities:
1. Collect industrial information
2. Assist in writing operation analysis report of main business
3. Assist in conducting feasibility research or making strategic plan
4. Be familiar with business of the company , provide suggestions on improvements, promote the development of new business
Requirement:
1. Master degree in Management, Finance, Marketing and the relevant area
2. Pass CET 6 with good oral and written communication skills in English
3. Strong capability to learn; Scholarship holder and student union leader are preferred
4. Be honest and tolerable to stress; Have a strong sense of responsibility
5. Strong capability to learn ; Effective expression and communication skills; Good at organizing and coordinating
Job position 2: Assistant HR Manager (2 vacancies)
Responsibilities:
1. Work on making and implementing human resources management policies, process, and standards
2. Work on a specific function of HRM
3. Be responsible for corporate culture building and team building activities
Requirement:
1. Master degree in Human Resources Management ,Psychology and the relevant area
2. Pass CET 6 with good oral and written communication skills in English
