1 room is Available in Sai kung Town center (near Mc Donalds). It is very near to Bus stop (792M and 101M) from which direct Buses to HKUST are Available. Room Rent will be 3000-3500 HKD including shared Kitchen and Washroom.

this is suitable for 4 people. it has 3 bedrooms and 1 hall. one of flat mate will live in hall and other three in their individual rooms.
it is for 6 months to 1 year
