2 bedroom apartment in Lohas Park (Tseung Kwan O)
Distance : 5 minutes walk to Lohas Park MTR station
Size of flat is 684 sq. ft. (building size), 519 sq. ft. (actual size)
Facilities : basic furniture
Rent : $4,500 for smaller room, $5,000 for bigger room (both include water/electricity)
As only the render (female) live there, there is no problem to share the living room. The house is ready any time.
